Sobre o CloudCost
About CloudCost
CloudCost is an independent, multilingual cloud pricing comparacao project. Our mission is simple: make cloud custos transparent so that every team — from solo developers to enterprise procurement departments — can choose the right provedor for their carga de trabalho without spending days deciphering pricing calculadoras.
Our Mission
Cloud pricing changes frequently and is published in dozens of regiaoal currencies and desconto models. The result is that most teams either over-provision out of caution or pick a provedor out of habit and never revisit the decision. CloudCost exists to surface equivalent services side by side, in plain language, in 24 languages, so that the custo conversation can happen with real numbers instead of assumptions.
How We Build Comparisons
Every comparacao on CloudCost follows the same methodology:
- Identify equivalent services — we match instancia types by vCPU, memory, and local armazenamento so that the comparacao is apples-to-apples.
- Pull published list precos — we reference the official pricing pages of each provedor for the us-east-1 / West US 2 / us-central1 regiaos as a baseline, and note regiaoal variations where they matter.
- Include desconto programs — we show on-demand pricing first, then indicate where reservada instancias, savings plans, or committed-use descontos materially change the picture.
- Flag caveats — we call out differences in included features, such as free egress tiers, that affect the total custo of ownership.
Independence and Affiliates
CloudCost is editorially independent. Pricing shown is for reference only and may change; always verify on the official provedor website before purchasing. Some links may be affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through them, but this never influences which provedors we cover or how we rank them.
